Baghrir au chocolat 🥞 👇🏼 pour 6 personnes :   -300g de semoule fine -150g de farine T45 -640g d’eau tiède -5g de levure sèche -1 C.A.C de sel fin -1 C.A.C de sucre semoule -14g de levure chimique -20g de poudre de cacao -100g de chocolat blanc -100g de chocolat noir -10cl de crème liquide -10g de noisettes -10g de gruée de cacao   Dans un mixeur : mixer la semoule fine, la farine, l’eau tiède, le sel fin et le sucre pendant 5 minutes. Ajouter la levure chimique et la poudre de cacao puis mixer pendant 1 minute. Faire torréfier les noisettes au four à 170°C pendant 6 minutes puis les couper en 2.
