Formerly known as “À la Renommée des Herbes Cuites”, this place has been transformed into a chic restaurant by the American group Hogsalt, well known for its unique gastronomic addresses. Preserving the authentic facade was paramount, and the interior atmosphere immediately transports us to a plush and luxurious universe worthy of the 19th century. From the entrance, one is greeted by an enchanting scent of scented candles and notes of jazz music.
An exceptional setting
The main dining room is decorated with authentic woods, period chandeliers, and dark leather banquettes. The walls are adorned with baroque paintings and refined floral tapestries, adding a touch of European character to the ambiance. Our gastronomic experience
For our part, the green asparagus accompanied by a hollandaise sauce won us over. The roasted chicken from Bourbon was absolutely divine, and the mashed potatoes were as good as the morels in cream. The prices may seem high, but they undeniably reflect the quality of the products and the service offered.

To conclude this meal beautifully, we highly recommend the pistachio and strawberry sundae, topped with fresh wild strawberries. It’s truly a favorite. The Valrhona chocolate mousse, sprinkled with chocolate shavings and fleur de sel, concludes this culinary experience on a perfect note.
