ou 500 g de fruits frais variés, coupés en morceaux et préalablement congelés 1 blanc d’œuf (optionnel) Préparation Mettre le sucre dans le bol et pulvériser 10 sec/vitesse 10. Ajouter les fruits surgelés et le blanc d’œuf, puis mixer 1 min 30 sec/vitesse 5. Racler les parois du bol à l’aide de la spatule. Pour un sorbet plus crémeux, insérer le fouet et fouetter 1 min/vitesse 3. Servir aussitôt.
