Recette Chili sin carne 🍲 Hello à tous !! Je vous propose une recette végétarienne, très simple à réaliser. Elle est idéale à cuisiner en grande quantité et à faire rechauffer lorsqu’on en a envie. Ingrédients : – 500g de haricots rouges – 250g de coulis de tomates – 2 poivrons – 1 oignon – 2 bouillons de légumes – 1 à 2 càs de ketchup – Des herbes et épices de votre choix – De l’huile d’olive Couper les poivrons et l’oignon en petits dés et les faire revenir dans un peu d’huile d’olive. Ajouter le coulis de tomate, les bouillons mélangés dans 200ml d’eau tiède, le ketchup et les herbes et épices choisies. Remettre sur le feu et mélanger régulièrement pendant environ 20 minutes. Ajouter les haricots rouges et laisser cuire encore quelques minutes.
