Recipe for easy homemade bread to make at home

🍞 500 g of flour T65 or T55 💧 300 g of warm water

STEP 1: In a large mixing bowl, start by mixing 500 g of flour with 10 g of salt.

STEP 2: In another container, dissolve a packet of instant dry yeast in 250 ml of warm water.

STEP 3: Make a well in the center of the flour and pour in the dissolved yeast as well as the rest of the warm water.

STEP 4: With a wooden spoon or by hand, mix carefully until you obtain a homogeneous dough.

STEP 5: Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes to aerate it well.

STEP 6: Form a ball with the dough and place it in a floured bowl, cover it with a cloth.

STEP 7: Let the dough rest in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in volume.

STEP 8: Once the dough has risen, deflate it by kneading it lightly, then shape your bread according to your desires.

STEP 9: Place the bread on a baking tray and let it rest again for 30 minutes before baking.

STEP 10: Preheat the oven to 220°C and bake the bread for 30 minutes until you achieve a nice golden crust.
