Recipe for easy rhubarb crumble to make at home

Ce crumble se prépare sans four. Pratique, non ? C’est une idée de @Philippe Conticini partagée en vidéo il y a bien longtemps. J’ai modifié quelques bricoles et cette recette m’a sauvée plus d’une fois en vacances. Cette pâte à crumble à la poêle se conserve pendant 1 semaine dans un bocal, en restant croustillante. Il ne reste plus qu’à l’ajouter sur des fruits frais ou poêlés. j’ai fait une version rhubarbe et fraises avec des fraises fraîches et de la rhubarbe rôtie (voir une des précédentes vidéos).
